About Representative
Yuka Matsuzaki
Yuka worked at OKC Co., Ltd. (established the long-running business 45 years ago), a study-abroad company mainly in New Zealand and Australia, as a Group and Operational manager of the Auckland branch for 18 years. She has experienced in managing up to 60 staff members as a team leader, including employees and student advisors. She completed the Business Management and Financial course at Massey University, New Zealand.
Her strengths are our extensive experience and strong pipeline in the international education industry. She has over 20 years of experience running new and existing school education study abroad businesses, utilizing our strong communication skills and tenacity to cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders.
She has always focused on herself and her staff throughout her career, working hard to empower them and bring out the best in each individual's performance.

We have been working with Yuka since 2011. Every year, she provides strong support to Japanese university students participating in service learning in New Zealand who live with host families. When problems arise, he responds immediately so we can send our students off with peace of mind. Yuka promptly resolves concerns and questions that arise from time to time, which demonstrates that he provides precise instructions to the team he manages on the ground. Given how well he treats the students, he is sincerely considerate of the situation and feelings of each team member. That is why the students can stay with peace of mind while benefiting from his efforts. For us, Yuka is a very valuable and appreciated person. We strongly feel that he is always there to support us, understanding our situation, position, and feelings.
Yuka also actively engages in dialogue with us. From these conversations, she makes constructive suggestions and acts as a bridge between us and local school officials, which enables us to continue developing our existing overseas experience programs. This is something we never imagined when we started in New Zealand. To borrow an old Showa-era expression, I think it's necessary to "sweat" to connect people. I don't mean to praise him for being spiritual, but Yuka continues to work tirelessly on "invisible efforts" that involve single-minded effort, providing us with new value. We have placed a firm trust in his attitude, drive, and kindness for many years.
